Key Responsibilities
1. Office & Front Desk Management
- Maintain a clean and organized front office area, ensuring a welcoming environment for visitors and clients.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages, ensuring proper handling and distribution.
- Ensure the reception area is stocked with essential supplies (e.g., pens, paper, etc.) and kept tidy.
2. Customer Service & Communication
- Greet clients, visitors, and vendors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to appropriate team members.
- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or in person and escalate issues as needed.
- Assist with basic communication tasks between clients and internal teams.
3. Administrative Support
- Assist with filing, data entry, and maintaining an organized digital and physical filing system.
- Help prepare and update office documents such as letters, memos, and reports.
- Provide general administrative support to the team, such as printing, copying, and scanning documents.
4. Scheduling & Coordination
- Assist with scheduling client appointments and internal office meetings.
- Prepare meeting rooms for client or team meetings, ensuring they are set up with necessary materials.
- Help with logistics for interviews and visitor coordination.
5. Visitor & Client Interaction
- Welcome clients and visitors and direct them to the appropriate staff members.
- Ensure visitors are signed in and that any required documentation or waivers are completed.
- Offer a positive and professional experience for all visitors and clients.
6. General Office Duties
- Assist with office organization and tidiness, including managing office supplies.
- Help with office maintenance requests as needed.
- Perform other general office duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college education is a plus.
- 0-1 years of experience in an office support or customer service role.
- Basic proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Gmail).
- Strong keyboarding/typing skills (45 WPM).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Positive attitude and strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
Additional Desirable Skills
- Willingness to learn basic bookkeeping or accounting tasks.
- Interest in learning and working with CRM software or other office tools.
- Familiarity with cleaning industry-specific software (scheduling, reporting, etc.) is a plus, but not required.

Compensation:
- Hourly Wage: $16.50 - $18 per hour (depending on experience).
Schedule: Part-time, flexible hours, typically up to 25 hours per week.
