Esch Construction Supply, Inc. is a Fair Chance Employer and is looking for a weekday, 1st shift Assistant Store Manager. This position will spend time assisting our customers, sales staff, warehouse department, and repair staff, as well as manage store front/warehouse.

Compensation and Benefits: Full-time, benefit-eligible position. Bonus opportunities of $2500 per year.

Responsibilities:

• Pick, pack and ship orders.

• Receive deliveries and stock receivables.

• Provide support to our customers and sales team in-person and over the phone.

• Make deliveries to in-field customers in company provided vehicle.

• Maintain store/warehouse areas.

Basic Qualifications:

• 1 years experience in management.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.

• Possess a valid and unrestricted driver’s license.

• Ability to meet the physical requirements of this position, including lifting up to 50 pounds.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Computer knowledge and skills.

• Experience with various hand tools, operating a forklift, loading trucks
