Key Responsibilities:
· With supervision, decorate plastic and flexible faces, and cut and prep vinyl to be installed to meet customers’ expectations.
· Prepare vinyl graphics for application, including weeding, applying/transferring tape, and cutting down materials
· Utilize a plotter to create a computer cutout and cut by hand when necessary
· Work well in a cross-functional team environment as a strong team player and demonstrate the ability to work with other functional groups to achieve company-wide goals
· Meet company quality standards by completing control check sheets and accurately documenting materials and time on work orders.
· Follow all safety protocols, wearing required personal protective equipment (safety glasses, steel-toed shoes, and earplugs).
· Performs other duties as assigned and in goal time
Qualifications:
o A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
o Team-orientated, with an ability to multi-task in an environment with multiple deadlines
o Some manufacturing experience is helpful, but not required.
o Ability to use a precision knife and squeegee
o Ability to read drawings and job specifications.
o Attention to detail and precision.
Physical Requirements:
o Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs.).
o Capable of standing for long periods; bending, kneeling, or squatting as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $21.00 per hour
