Night Clerk

Duties and Responsibilities

• Onboard new employees and conduct safety training.
• Perform safety walkthroughs in the warehouse and document findings.
• Record and manage employee complaints or injury reports.
• Collaborate with departments such as Safety, Human Resources, and Payroll.
• Coach employees on proper use of timekeeping systems, including clocking in and out with badges.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with employee timecards using Kronos.
• Enter employee information into the Labor Contractor system.
• File employee documents in Pvault.
• Attend required meetings.
• Transport employee checks to and from corporate or recruiting offices.
• Respond promptly to emails.
• Administer disciplinary actions as needed.
• Address and resolve customer complaints or issues arising during the night shift.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Language Skills: Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is required.
• Technical Skills: Basic computer proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
• Transportation: Reliable transportation is essential.
• Customer Service: Strong customer service skills are required.
• Independence: Ability to work independently and make decisions during non-traditional hours.
• Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management abilities are necessary.
• Adaptability: Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities effectively.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.50 - $17.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
