Apartment Service Technician
Essential Staffing Solutions is looking for a dependable, hard-working, and self-motivated Service Technician.
Job Description
Our Service Technician is primarily responsible for the repair and general maintenance of apartment property facilities such as electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair. Additionally, our Service Technician will work with the other maintenance team members as needed.
Job Duties
- Ensure resident requested service orders are completed on a timely basis
- Troubleshoot and perform all necessary repairs to the apartment community, including appliances, plumbing, carpentry and electrical
- Installation of new appliances as needed
- Complete Make Ready / Punch-Outs on vacant units
- Assist in renovation projects
- Assist in maintaining the exterior of the property to provide clean and acceptable curb appeal at all times
- Additional duties as assigned
