About the Role

Essity Consumer Goods is looking for a Digital Marketing Strategy Manager who will be responsible to define the e-business priorities (Digital Marketing and E-Commerce) for North America in alignment with the BU regional strategy, GtM strategy and the BU digital approach. Initiate, implement, support and follow up KPIs and set targets for the region in cooperation with relevant management teams.

What You Will DoDrive the implementation of the e-Business priorities for all countries within the region in alignment with the BU regional strategy, GtM strategy and BU digital plans.Train / support local countries in implementation of e-Business tools and methods.Develop Digital Marketing Strategy including Paid and Own platforms (Site & Social Media)Initiate, propose and drive implementation of digital marketing plansAdapt global and regional communication for best utilization in digital channelsSet correct and clear KPIs for digital activitiesMonitor effects of digital activities, follow-up, evaluate and take corrective actions if neededDrive / participate in Global and BU projects to ensure the regional E-Commerce and digital needs are represented.Drive / Support sales via external On-Line stores in cooperation with relevant stakeholders from other BUs and countries in the region.Extract and analyse on-line shopper insights and customer needs for the region in order to find areas for improvement.Ensure good understanding of trends and development for E-Business in the region.Contribute with Essity Corporate initiatives with Communication Team, HR and ITWho You Are

Bachelors degree, preferably in business administration, marketing, communication.Min 5-7 years relevant experience in digital.Very good communication skills, also in matters that are complex and deal with diverting interestsFluent in English.
