As the Talent Sourcing Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in attracting, sourcing, and recruiting talent across our five company teams: Estes Construction, Point Builders, City Construction, Murray Company, and Vantage Architects. Your responsibilities will include leading hiring teams through the process of finding qualified candidates and recruiting them to join our team. You will also lead our college recruitment efforts, primarily in the fall, which involves planning and registering for career fairs and building networks for ongoing brand recognition and future talent attraction.
The ideal candidate will have one to three years of recruiting experience, though it does not need to be in the construction industry. Education/Experience:
- Bachelors degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; or Associates degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school with one to two years related experience and/or training as an equivalent combination of education and experience.
