Job Title: Operations Support/ Data Entry Specialist
Location: Jersey City, NJ
Duration: 12 Months
Pay Rate: $22 to $24/hr on W2
Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Operations Correspondence Associate to join our Mail Operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing and imagining client correspondence efficiently and accurately, ensuring seamless operations. This role is critical to delivering exceptional client service.
Responsibilities:
• Sort, open, scan, and index incoming client documents into the firm’s imaging system.
• Perform Correspondence processing functions, ensuring timely and accurate handling of incoming mail.
• Candidate must have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as be detailed oriented.
• Position will require the review and assessment of client instructions and related inquiries.
• Candidate must be familiar with workflow models and be able to multitask.
• Experience with PowerBI is a plus
• Experience with Uipath Studio is a plus
Requirements:
• Associates degree or equivalent experience in imaging services or records management Experience with electronic documents in a financial environment is a plus
• A minimum of 45 wpm typing Knowledge of scanning equipment
• Proficiency in a range of computer software applications, including programs and databases such as, MSWord, Excel, and Ascent Capture
• Ability to work well under the pressure of deadlines
• Must have attention to detail
