POSITION SUMMARY : The Office Administrator is responsible for keeping project workflow on track to meet deadlines. The Office Administrator is a critical team player who will provide administrative and operational support duties for the Ethical Energy office.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS, DUTIES, AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Reviews documents provided by the Sales team and ensure all required documentation has been obtained and properly filed
- Inputs all necessary additional information into newly created projects
- Manually creates customer & project data when required
- Answers all incoming phone calls and directs appropriately; creating appropriate service tickets when needed
- Manages and triages incoming Customer Service emails
- Manages the flow of work from project intake, order entry, and post-sales support
- Oversee the general administrative functions of the office to ensure it runs smoothly including ordering office supplies, organizing company events, primary contact for office related vendors, etc.
