Since 2008 Ethos Therapy Solutions has been developing and delivering high-quality wound management products that support patient healing in the home. Ethos team members join forces with clinicians and care givers to ensure patients receive the absolute best products when transitioning healthcare settings.
We are currently looking for:
Referral and Authorization Specialists:
- A Reauthorization Specialist reviews, organizes, and presents data to help department process and make recommendations regarding the monthly recertification for all Group 2 and Group 3 products placed in the home. Specialist have contact with patients, caregivers, referral sources and payers daily.
Intake Specialists:
- Client Navigators review, organize, and manage the process for new product placement for durable medical equipment in the home environment. Client Navigators work with and supports sales to ensure compliance and timely product deliveries as well as engaging with patients, caregivers, referral sources and payers daily.
Payer/Billing Specialists:
- Payer Specialist has the task of compiling and tracking all outstanding bills which are owed to the organization. Position generates revenue by making payment arrangements; collecting accounts; monitoring and pursuing delinquent accounts. *Medical Billing Certificate preferred.

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
