Education: No minimum experience: Must be 18 years old (Federal law). Must have a safe, appropriate motor vehicle in good mechanical condition. Must fit the driving criteria as established by our insurance carrier. Eureka Pizza delivery drivers are required to maintain at your cost such comprehensive and auto collision insurance coverage as you deem necessary to cover your vehicle. Must pass the MVR. Must carry at least the state required minimum amount of liability insurance. Must have a minimum of 2 years U.S. Driving experience. Must wear a seat belt.
Possess basic math skills. The ability to carry 35 pounds. Ability to move quickly and safely in a crowded kitchen. Ability to work on wet, slippery floors. A cell phone cannot be used while driving.
Measures of Performance: Safety, quality policies, recipes, portions and all procedures are adhered to consistently. Targeted level of customer satisfaction is met or exceeded. Deliveries are made safely and efficiently. Eureka Pizza is not responsible for, and you assume all risk of, any loss, theft, vandalism or property damage to your vehicle and contents while being used in connection with your employment with Eureka Pizza. You will be requited to furnish Eureka Pizza with a valid copy of your insurance policy or declaration page and proof of payment of due premium when you are hired and again upon renewal. We reserve the right to contact your insurance agent to verify. Attendance: You are hired based upon your availability. Weekend and evening work is required. In accordance with Act 593 of the AR “Medical Marijuana” law, an occupation working with food &/or operating a motor vehicle is considered a safety sensitive position. Performance under the influence of any drug (prescription or otherwise) may constitute a threat to health or safety, so the ability to work in a constant state of alertness & in a safe manner is required.
