We seek a highly organized and proactive Executive Coordinator to support three of our Chief Executive Officers.
Job Summary: The Executive Coordinator will provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, COO, and COA, enhancing efficient operations in a fast-paced and inclusive environment. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Key Responsibilities:
· Manage and maintain executives’ schedules, including appointments, meetings, board minutes, invites, and travel arrangements.
· Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
· Coordinate and organize meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
· Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
· Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
· Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed.
· Perform general office duties, such as ordering supplies and managing office operations.
· Make travel arrangements.
· Manage large meal orders for meetings and coordination with various participants.
Qualifications:
· Proven experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
· Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
· Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
· High level of discretion and confidentiality.
· A bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
· Must have a valid driver’s license & a reliable vehicle.
