• Human Resource Strategy Development and Execution: Aligning HR strategy with the
organization's overall business plan and strategic direction.
• Succession Planning: Ensuring a pipeline of qualified candidates for critical positions.
• Talent Management: Attracting, developing, and retaining top talent.
• Change Management: Leading and managing organizational change initiatives.
• Organizational and Performance Management: Enhancing organizational effectiveness
and individual performance.
• Training and Development: Implementing training programs to develop employees' skills.
• Compensation: Designing and managing competitive compensation structures.
• Evaluate and advise on the impact of long-range planning of new programs/strategies
and regulatory action as those items affect the attraction, motivation, development, and
retention of the organization's human resources.
• Implement talent management programs for succession planning and developing highpotential employees for next-level responsibilities.
• Utilize metrics, performance standards, and HR best practices to support decision-making
processes.
• Establish controls and policies for mitigating HR-related risks and protecting the
organization’s reputation and interests.
• Translate the organization’s strategic and tactical business plans into HR strategic and
operational plans.
• Ensure all aspects of our trauma-informed approach, including secondary trauma
practices and how they relate to and impact employees, will be a key aspect of this
position.
• Fiscal responsibility for the statewide human resources department, working with other
departments as we assess compensation and benefits.

This is a fast-paced, dynamic, and multi-faceted role that requires a thought leader with strategic

Salary : $90,000 - $105,000
