Role Overview

Are you a relationship-builder with a passion for community engagement? As the Relationship Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in fostering partnerships with community-based organizations (CBOs) and non-governmental agencies to support and enhance the NC WAP's mission. Your efforts will strengthen the program's impact by aligning community resources and expanding its reach.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with CBOs and non-governmental organizations to support the goals of the NC WAP.
• Act as the primary liaison between Everblue, partner organizations, and community stakeholders.
• Develop and implement strategies for collaboration to leverage community resources effectively.
• Coordinate and participate in outreach efforts to raise awareness of WAP benefits and services.
• Provide regular updates to partners on program initiatives, success metrics, and upcoming opportunities.
• Gather and report feedback from community partners to improve program effectiveness.
  
  

Requirements

• Proven experience in relationship management, community outreach, or partnership coordination.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
• Familiarity with community-based programs, energy efficiency, or weatherization initiatives is a plus.
• Proactive and organized, with the ability to manage multiple relationships and initiatives simultaneously.
• Willingness to travel across North Carolina to engage with partners and stakeholders.
