Job Title: Donations Field Supervisor
Supervises: DSA Leads, DSA’s
Job Summary
Responsible for supervising donation station attendants at single or multiple sites. Ensures proper staff levels at all ADC sites. Provides initial and on-going training and supervision for all ADC personnel. Works with Transportation and Donations departments to ensure proper flow of donated goods. Maintains employee morale and conducts periodic performance evaluations as needed.
Pay Rate: $23.50/hour
Essential Functions
Build and maintain internal and external customer satisfaction.
Complete operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees.
Manage employees, equipment, facilities and logistics for each ADC.
Set expectations, instruct, coach and identify employee training needs.
Responsible for interviewing and hiring.
Resolve workplace problems by addressing issues that impact employee performance and productivity. Partner with Donations Manager and Human Resources when appropriate.
Prepare and maintain reports and data by collecting, documenting and summarizing information.
Complete projects by planning, organizing and monitoring assignments.
Maintain a clean work environment.
Upholds safe work practices in support of a safety culture through awareness and observation; assist in safety training of employees; reports any potential hazards or accidents.
Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Job Requirements
Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent
Experience: 2 years donations experience, including supervisory experience.
Specific Skills/Knowledge/Licenses: Valid WA State driver’s license with good driving record. Basic understanding of Microsoft Office products (Word, Outlook). Proven ability to provide excellent customer service.
Essential Physical Abilities
Lifting and carrying 40 – 60 pounds; Developed fine motor control (grasp, handle, manipulate objects with fingers;
Standing for long periods of time; Frequent bending, kneeling, reaching, stooping, squatting, pushing; climbing ladders;
Able to travel across a variety of surfaces (stairs, ramps, uneven terrain).
Essential Mental/Sensory Abilities
Able to become certified for forklift driving
Organizing, sorting, categorizing, counting, adding, subtracting
Interpreting data
Problem Solving
Written and verbal communication skills
Working Conditions
Outdoor and warehouse environment, temperature varies, exposure to dust. Must have reliable transportation as this position requires regular travel to various locations.
