Evergreen Roofing of Oregon is seeking to hire for our Roofing Laborer. This position requires working with a team with excellent communication skills with customers and co-workers. This is a full-time, year-round position. Starting rate is $19 per hour, more depending on experience.

Job Duties:

Work within teams to complete all aspects of jobs including tear off, installation, clean up and all other duties as assigned.

Maintain jobsite per foreman’s instructions.

Maintains punctual, regular, and predictable attendance.

Participate in training and safety meetings.

Able to safely climb and operate ladders and use of safety equipment.

Able to lift at least 50 lbs.

Be able to work in a wide variety of weather conditions and to meet the physical demands of the position, including mobility needed to complete the tasks.

Ability to meet deadlines in a timely manner.

Provide exceptional customer service.

Maintain a clean vehicle inside and out and follow all safety protocols.

Experience or Skills:

Willing to train.

Must be able to communicate with customers and co-workers.

Must have good problem-solving skills.

Must be proficient with smart phones and tablets.

Drivers’ license is required.

Must be age 18 or older.
