About the Role:
We are seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team in the Hospitality, Tourism and Recreation industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring that all rooms and public areas are cleaned to the highest standards. They will be expected to lead and motivate a team of housekeeping staff, ensuring that they are trained and equipped to deliver exceptional service to our guests. The Housekeeping Supervisor will report to the General Manager and work closely with other departments to ensure that our guests have a memorable and enjoyable stay.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of experience in housekeeping or a related field
- 1 years of supervisory experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
- Experience with hotel property management systems
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage the daily operations of the housekeeping department
