Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced IT Business Systems Analyst to join our team. This role requires a highly skilled professional with a background in business analysis, particularly within IT frameworks, who can work effectively in an Agile environment. The ideal candidate will have experience with AWS, Agile methodologies, and be familiar with tools and frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including business users and IT teams, to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Facilitate requirements gathering sessions, document functional requirements, and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Work closely with development teams to support the delivery of IT solutions, ensuring adherence to business requirements and timelines.
- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies (Scrum, Kanban) and contribute to Sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
- Utilize AWS cloud technologies to design and implement solutions in alignment with business objectives.
- Analyze and optimize business processes, workflows, and system interactions, identifying areas for improvement.
- Create and maintain project documentation, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Work within SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) environment to ensure solutions align with enterprise-level objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst or similar role within an IT-focused environment.
- Strong experience with AWS (Amazon Web Services) for cloud solutions.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and experience within a SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred but not required).
