Everware International is Hiring a Customer Account Specialist Near Georgetown, TX

Description

We’re looking for an organized and service-oriented Customer Account Specialist to join our expanding team in Texas! The Customer Account Manager works collaboratively with Sales, Operations, and key retail partners. This role focuses on order management, direct account communication, business development, financial reconciliation, and sales and inventory reporting. Representative Responsibilities

  • Work with Accounting to finalize sales agreements supporting quarterly/annual goals and processing account reconciliations.
  • Prepare reports from the ERP system and other data sources on accounts, transactions, metrics, client order trends, and inventory levels.
  • Serve as primary liaison between the customer and internal teams (i.e., Accounting, Supply Chain, Distribution, and Manufacturing).
  • Maintain returns (RMA) tracking, status, and cost analysis.
  • Collaborate with the Sales and Operations teams on formulating business strategies and enhancing customer relationships.
  • Communicate order status and other relevant information (e.g., new product introductions, promotions, etc.) to customers and Sales team members at established points in the process.
  • Research and evaluate market factors to develop new sales opportunities and implement account plans that drive the attainment of business objectives.

Requirements

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Distribution, or a related field of study or equivalent study and work experience
  • 3-5 years previous business-to-business client relations experience
  • Experience with SAP or SAP Business One preferred
  • Continuing education or self-study in the areas of sales strategy, customer experience, and inventory management a plus.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
  • Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office—Word, Excel, SharePoint, Teams and Outlook) and the ability and willingness to learn new technologies.
  • Ability to resolve problems or situations requiring the exercise of good judgment.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.
  • Excellent time management abilities as well as a keen sense of urgency.
