Our Client is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst to test their voice AI platform. In this role, the Quality Assurance Analyst will create test scenarios and cases to validate the AI Platform, ensuring high-quality results that meet business goals. Experience with Speech to Text (STT), a generative voice AI technology (Google Gemini, ChatGPT, or similar) is required. Provide information and input from a testing persClienttive to support prioritization and backlog grooming, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, product demos, and sprint retrosClienttives. Identify and create different test scenarios and conditions.
Document test cases and execute them against the system. Experience with Jira or a similar tool is necessary. Must have basic Point-of-Sale knowledge. An individual with excellent written and oral communication skills (clear verbal skills to run tests against Voice AI).

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for identifying and creating different test scenarios on a day-to-day basis.
- Create and execute manual test cases for Our Client’s AI Platform daily.
- Work closely with the Google AI and Web Application teams to understand production issues and create test cases for executing fixed bugs.
- Collaborate with other QA teams to understand and work on different use cases.
- Escalate issues that need more information to the concerned team and document the learnings.
- Troubleshoot hardware and/or software issues, with a preference for software experience.
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis to identify problems and implement process improvements to prevent future issues.
- Provide suggestions on any areas of improvement.
- Able to Sign-off as QA tested after the test completed and passed successfully.
- Assist with technical interviews to hire candidates with similar skill set.
- Minimum of 8 years of professional QA Engineer experience- Preferred.
- Experience with Speech to Text (STT) generative voice AI technology (Google Gemini, ChatGPT, or similar) - Required.
- Experience in creating Test Cases and Test Suites, executing Test Scripts, capturing bugs, and working with developers/business analysts to resolve issues- Required.
- Experience in Regression, E2E, Integration, and Smoke testing is required.
- Possess strong technical, analytical, and customer engagement skills, comfortable communicating with product owners and managing end-user exClienttations- Preferred.
- Good understanding of e-commerce applications and architecture to assist in troubleshooting- Required.
- Technical aptitude to understand system architecture and follow how the various components interact- Preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, or a combination of education and experience- Required.
- Must have basic knowledge and experience working with Aloha Software products or an equivalent Point of Sale system- Required.
