We’re looking for a highly organized EA/AP Assistant to manage administrative tasks, including contract processing, invoice management, and general admin support. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
This is for one of the coolest space companies in operation!
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle contract administration, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Manage invoice processing and accounts payable tasks.
- Provide general administrative support, including scheduling and document management.
- Liaise with vendors, clients, and internal teams for smooth operations.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in EA, AP, or administrative roles.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial systems (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Schedule: 3 days per week onsite in Houston.
