We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. Prt-time 24 hours a week, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
Duties
- Greet visitors and manage the front desk operations, ensuring a welcoming environment.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records.
- Assist with administrative duties such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents.
- Proofread documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism in all correspondence.
- Provide customer service support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Fill products in showroom with merchandise.
- Manage office supplies inventory and prepare orders for supplies.
- Mail sorting and distribution
- Birthday Cards monthly for personnel
- Collaborate with team members to ensure workflow and follow office processes.
- Arrange lunch delivery for monthly lunches.
