Description
The Recruiter is responsible for delivering all facets of recruiting success achieved through the development of local and national recruiting plans, employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas. The Recruiter plays a critical role in ensuring we are hiring the best possible talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruits outstanding candidates for assigned positions :
Work closely with Hiring Managers to develop position profile and to understand overall needs and requirements. (Description, salary, timing, expectations, etc)
Post open positions and advertisementsSchedule and conduct phone screensAdminister appropriate assessment processContacting candidates, following-up with candidates, and managing candidate pipeline.Schedule & coordinate on-site interviews, which may include scheduling travelConduct interview processSolicit and document hiring manager and candidate feedback throughout the interview process.Administer Employee Referral ProgramMonitor applicant trackingProvide reporting and regular status updates to the VP HR and Hiring Manager as requiredFacilitate on-boarding process with new employees to include :Complete and offer letters of employment, complete reference, & background checks
Process new hires and paperworkFacilitate new hire orientationConduct new employee follow-upsCoordinates temporary staffing requests and internship program according to company policies and proceduresParticipate in recruitment knowledge sharing and best practices.Follows Human Resources policies and procedures to assure compliance with employment regulationsManage supply and place re-orders of recruitment materialsSupports Human Resource team to maintain a streamlined recruitment processProvide assistance to Exactech employees on issues related to recruitingPractice Exactech values.Skills Knowledge and Expertise
Education :
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution required.Experience :
Minimum of 2 years Human Resources experience required. Prior recruiting / interviewing skills required.Experience with job posting sites such as Indeed and LinkedIn required.Functional / Technical Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required :
