Owner's Representative Project Manager

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

H A is seeking an experienced construction-oriented Project Manager with experience managing multiple commercial construction projects simultaneously. Candidates must have a strong understanding of the construction process and be able to apply that knowledge to conceptual building sketches. Candidates will be charged with overseeing all aspects of the project, including design and construction meeting, and handling the day to day nuances that keep projects moving in the right direction. Candidates will also assist in preparing highly detailed project budgets and schedules, quantity take-offs, assist with the procurement process, such as preparing bid documents, conducting scope reviews and oversee the construction project on the Owner’s behalf. Candidates will work directly with the firm’s executive team.

JOB SKILLS, ABILITIES and QUALIFICATIONS

• Candidates should have a minimum 4- year bachelor’s degree preferably in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or related field.
• 5 years of experience acting as or performing project management
• Desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
• Detail Oriented, Organized, and Great Communication skills
• Dedication to the success of the project, with a willingness to put in whatever efforts are necessary to achieve that success
• Ability to manage large ($20M ) new construction projects from inception to completion
• Must have the ability to read architectural and engineering plans
• Ideal candidate will have minimum 3-5 years’ experience in estimating and / or construction management
• Demonstrated experience in preparing and overseeing the bid process, bid analysis / award
• Understanding of Construction process, and oversight of Construction Team.
• andidates should be familiar with the following: Critical Path Method Scheduling, Procore, Bluebeam and constructability analysis.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $52,592.88 - $63,337.67 per year
