We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Healthcare Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and placing qualified healthcare professionals in various roles within our organization. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring that we attract top talent to meet the needs of our healthcare facilities. The Healthcare Recruiter will work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Duties
- Collaborate with executive team to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions for open positions.
- Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to source candidates effectively.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for the organization.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from lead generation to onboarding new hires.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and progress through the recruitment process using HR software such as BambooHR.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates through networking and employee referrals.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition, particularly within the healthcare sector.
- Support employee relations initiatives by providing guidance on hiring practices and policies.
Experience
- Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruiting, preferably within the healthcare industry.
- Familiarity with HR software such as BambooHR is a plus.
- Strong interviewing skills with the ability to assess candidate qualifications effectively.
- Experience in lead generation techniques to attract potential candidates.
- Knowledge of employee relations practices and human resources principles is beneficial.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
