We are currently seeking a qualified Level 2 Field Service Technician for an onsite position in Bethesda, MD. This Technician will be responsible for managing a designated territory, focusing on troubleshooting, installing, and replacing hardware and network devices.
This role involves managing an incident queue, directly interacting with customers, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met, and maintaining proper inventory levels by replenishing stock as necessary.
Skills and Qualifications :
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in break-fix operations, ideally within the banking or finance industry
- CompTIA A certification required
- Associate's (or equivalent) degree in Computer Science or Information Technology from a technical school or equivalent work experience
- Experienced with MS Office
- Able to communicate effectively both written and verbally, with customers, peers, Team Lead, and / or Service Delivery Manager
- Working knowledge of Windows operating systems, networks, and tools is required
- Working knowledge of typical banking equipment
- Ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail, quality, and SLA
- Sound understanding of customer support, operations, and processes

- Dell Enterprise knowledge
- Client Printer Basics Printers knowledge
- Lexmark Printer Basics Printers knowledge
