We at Excelsior Defense, are seeking an Unarmed Security Officer part time to become part of our exceptional team. The selected individual will patrol and secure assigned premises as well as identify risks to staff and guests. You will maintain a high visibility presence and prevent all illegal or inappropriate actions and maintain access control into the property of the housing. The goal is to detect, deter, observe, and report.
Responsibilities:
- Control access onto property
- Conduct foot patrols of the property
- Monitor premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules
- Thoroughly examine doors, windows, and gates to ensure proper function and security
- Warn violators of premise rules and regulations
- Apprehend or expel persons engaging in suspicious or criminal acts
- Report any facility issues such as fire hazards and leaking water pipes
- Request emergency personnel for high-risk situations
Schedule: Sunday and Monday 9pm to 5am
Responsibilities:
- Protect client's property by maintain a safe and secure environment
- Observe for signs of crime or disorder and investigate disturbances
- Take accurate notes of unusual occurrence
- Report in detain any suspicious incidents
- Patrol randomly or regularly building and perimeter
- Doing scans
Skills:
- Proven work experience as a security officer or relevant position
- Valid D License (Must be active)
- Ability to operate detecting systems and emergency equipment
- Detailed report writing
Base Rate 16.50 hour
Salary : $16 - $17
