Exceptional Care for Children has this rare opening! We are seeking a Full-Time Human Resources Assistant at our Non-Profit Pediatric Skilled Nursing Facility!
Overview :
The Human Resources Assistant is responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the Human Resources department. This role will assist with various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and recordkeeping. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented and have excellent communication skills.
Recruitment and Onboarding :
- Conduct New Employee Orientation
- Reviewing resumes and screening and / or interviewing applicants. Coordinating and schedule interviews with managers as needed.
- Assist with conducting background checks, reference checks, service letters, drug screens, BCC, OIG, etc. for New Hire Onboarding
- Creating and maintaining new hire, benefits and orientation packets.
- Data entry of all new hires, create ID badges and mailboxes.
- Assist with posting job openings on various platforms.
- Assist with EE offboarding.
