What You'll Do
- Develop and execute impactful B2B growth marketing strategies
- Run experiments across various channels (email, social media, partnerships, conferences, direct mail - your creativity is the limit)
- Craft compelling copy that resonates with our target audience
- Analyze performance and iterate quickly to optimize results
- Collaborate closely with our founding team to drive business growth
- Proven experience in B2B growth marketing, preferably in SaaS or AI
- Exceptional copywriting skills with a track record of creating high-converting content
- Demonstrated ability to drive top-of-funnel leads and contribute to revenue growth
- Proficiency in using AI tools for marketing optimization and automation
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data and adjust strategies accordingly
- Experience with modern B2B growth tactics and channels
- Ability to work autonomously and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
- Familiarity with the sales and customer experience (CX) landscape
- Understanding of the needs and pain points of sales and CX leaders
- Experience marketing to enterprise-level decision-makers
- Knowledge of AI and machine learning applications in business
