What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute impactful B2B growth marketing strategies
  • Run experiments across various channels (email, social media, partnerships, conferences, direct mail - your creativity is the limit)
  • Craft compelling copy that resonates with our target audience
  • Analyze performance and iterate quickly to optimize results
  • Collaborate closely with our founding team to drive business growth


Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B growth marketing, preferably in SaaS or AI
  • Exceptional copywriting skills with a track record of creating high-converting content
  • Demonstrated ability to drive top-of-funnel leads and contribute to revenue growth
  • Proficiency in using AI tools for marketing optimization and automation
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Experience with modern B2B growth tactics and channels
  • Ability to work autonomously and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment

Bonus Points

  • Familiarity with the sales and customer experience (CX) landscape
  • Understanding of the needs and pain points of sales and CX leaders
  • Experience marketing to enterprise-level decision-makers
  • Knowledge of AI and machine learning applications in business
