What are the responsibilities and job description for the Construction Superintendent (contract position) position at Executive Alliance?
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and subs to determine the job specs of project.
- Create and Maintain timeline and budget
- Assist with the bidding process and contract negotiations.
- Help Secure subcontractors.
- Expedite procurement of permits and coordinate with state and city agencies.
- Facilitate appropriate safety training
- Attend weekly site meeting/walkthroughs
- Maintain communication with client, owners’ reps, design team and subcontractors
- Maintain all proper documentation and records
- Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports

· 5 years relevant construction experience MTA Experience a MUST
· Must have strong organizational and communication skills
· Commercial construction experience preferred (municipal, healthcare or government a plus)
$100,000- $110,000
