What are the responsibilities and job description for the Labor & Employment Counsel position at Executive Alliance?
A large national firm is looking for Labor & Employment Counsel to join their LA team.
- Defending against single plaintiff litigation matters, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour, reasonable accommodation.
- Work cases from start to finish, independently.
- Drafting and responding to initial pleadings and discovery.
- Drafting and arguing motions including dispositive and discovery motions,
- Taking and defending deposition including taking plaintiffs deposition and defending deposition of corporate witnesses
- Employment counseling on federal and state employment laws and regulations.
Benefits:
Salary Range- $265,000.-$290,000.

- Nine to twelve years of relevant attorney experience.
- Juris Doctorate (JD) required. Must be licensed to practice law in the State of California.
