The WCR Business Management team acts as a trusted advisor to the various Wholesale Credit Risk business heads and optimizes business performance by helping to drive key (strategic) initiatives and priorities. The Wholesale Credit Risk Business Management - Executive Content VP will be a trusted advisor to senior Wholesale Credit Risk executives and play a central role in developing and enhancing senior-level presentations, supporting communications, events and promoting related best practices. Our culture in Risk Management and Compliance is all about thinking outside the box, challenging the status quo and striving to be best-in-class.The main responsibilities of a Wholesale Credit Risk Business Manager - Executive Content VP are to: Provide feedback on how senior leaders can enhance their presentations for executive-level forums (i.e., the Board Risk Committee), with a focus on distilling complex, nuanced concepts into messaging that is clear, concise, easy to understand and tailored to the audience Lead efforts to establish best practices for strong executive-level content, including developing resources (e.g., style guides, tip sheets), driving the team's training strategy (e.g., enhancing training materials, delivering trainings for RM&C employees) and contributing to our team's newsletter Support the coordination team communications, activities and people agenda related initiatives including materials for town halls, employee recognition, communications and strategy working sessions Provide a high level of responsiveness to executive ad-hoc requests related to presentation development and business analysis. Instill and maintain strong organizational disciplines and practices including adherence to policies and standards, creation and organization of internal procedures and documentation, and use of document management tools to organize, fine and reuse materials Supporting any additional initiatives and people agenda related tasks as needed Required Skills, Capabilities and QualificationsWe are looking for someone excited to join our organization. Bachelor's degree and 5 years of Executive Content experience Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Exce; data visualization skills a plus Strong, clear, and concise written and verbal communication with ability to edit and prepare executive level communications, often on complex, nuanced concepts Excellent organizational and project management skills; able to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines Strong financial acumen with ability to understand organizational financial metrics Proven ability to collaborate and build strong partnerships. Intellectual curiosity with a proven ability to learn quickly
