Data Analysis &Presentation

* Develops business insights based onanalysis of results and communicate key findings to various members ofmanagement to facilitate data-driven decision-making.

* Assists in the development ofmeasurement processes/methods for assessing progress towards goals and projectoutcomes.

* Leads efforts to define business andsystems requirements including documenting processes, business requirements andresulting technology needs.

* Prepares reports, performs analyses,and evaluates opportunities.

* Develops polished executive-levelpresentations and confidently delivers the information to internal businessassociates and external clients in a clear and concise fashion.

* Assists in identifying best practicesthrough a review of processes.

* Establishes and maintains relationshipswith various departments.

* Assists with User Acceptance Testing bycreating and executing test scripts for user stories, bugs and regressiontesting.

Project Management

* Gathers appropriate resources tocomplete assigned projects on time and within budget.

* Escalates obstacles/issues to meetingtimelines and deliverables.

* Reports project status according toprescribed timelines for a given project.

EDUCATIONAL/EXPERIENCE/MINIMUMREQUIREMENTS

Education:

* Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT ordirectly related field.

Experience:

* Four (4) years’ experience as aBusiness Analyst.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

* Communicates effectively in bothwritten and oral

* Knowledge in operational businessprocesses and systems

* Proficient in various softwareprograms, including Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint

* Demonstrated knowledge of processimprovement

* Strong knowledge of project managementmethodologies and processes

* Good leadership, inter-personal and motivationalskills

* Strong oral and written communicationskills with all levels of management, end-users and peers

* Understanding of databases, logicviews, query tools, and standard file layouts for conversions and interfaces
