Duties

- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations as needed.
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock levels and placing orders when necessary.
- Ensure the office environment is organized and conducive to productivity.
Experience
- Proven experience in as a team member of an office is preferred.
- Familiarity with customer support practices.
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications.
- Strong clerical skills with attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
