- Maintain, troubleshoot, and direct repairs of factory equipment, building, and grounds.
- Coordinate preventative and proactive maintenance programs.
- Oversee janitorial service and general maintenance of grounds.
- Oversee installation of new equipment and building alterations
- Oversee outside contractors working on company premises.
- Support and train personnel in machine and equipment repairs.
- Maintain organized maintenance department including effective parts ordering and inventory.
- Monitor the control of energy usage and maintenance of plant power equipment.
- Perform other duties as required.
- 3-5 years supervisory experience with hydraulics, electronics and pneumatics, maintenance procedures, and techniques as they relate to injection molding, auxiliary, and facility machinery.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
