Pay Rate: $80k - $90k plus Bonus

Job Description: As a Field Services Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing our field service team, which includes field technicians, project managers, and service personnel. Your primary goal will be to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of field services, meeting client expectations, and optimizing operational processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise field service personnel, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure exceptional performance.
  • Manage field service scheduling, dispatching, and work order management to maximize efficiency.
  • Provide training to field service technicians, engineers and sales staff
  • Create a tailored training program that addresses specific technical skills, aligning with team goals and organizational culture
  • Oversee the maintenance and servicing of equipment, ensuring proper maintenance schedules and compliance with safety standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and coordination between field service, customer service, and sales.
  • Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and improve service quality and productivity.
  • Analyze and report on field service metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for enhancement.
  • Manage budgets and resources for field service operations.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, technologies, and regulations to ensure the team's knowledge and skills are current.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience in field service management. 5 years ( ) experience is required in the Industrial Water Industry
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of field service software and tools (e.g., scheduling software, CRM systems).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Compliance with company Safety Requirements.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
