About the Role
We're seeking a dynamic Research Engagement Coordinator to serve as the crucial link between our expert network and attorney clients. This role combines relationship management, coordination, and operational excellence to drive successful expert-attorney partnerships.
Our Research Engagement Coordinator will have the opportunity to:
- Orchestrate and manage the full lifecycle of expert-attorney initial engagements, handling approximately 15 connections daily
- Build and nurture strong relationships with both expert witnesses and attorney clients through proactive communication and exceptional service
- Lead all scheduling and coordination of initial expert-attorney consultations
- Ensure comprehensive documentation of all interactions for internal stakeholders
- Leverage multiple communication channels (phone, email, text) to maintain efficient and effective dialogue with all parties
- Drive positive client experiences through responsive, professional service
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts
- Strong track record of customer service excellence
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in fast-paced environments
- Proven ability to meet both external and self-directed deadlines
- Excellence in written and verbal communication
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
- Background in relationship management or account coordination
