Responsibilities
Deployment and Configuration
- Lead deployment and configuration of Microsoft Copilot across Microsoft 365 applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, Power Platform)
- Customize Copilot features to align with business processes and workflows
- Ensure smooth integration with existing enterprise systems and third-party applications
Security and Compliance
- Implement data security measures and manage access controls
- Develop and enforce usage policies to maintain compliance (GDPR, HIPAA)
- Monitor Copilot access, generate reports, and maintain audit trails
Continuous Improvement and Innovation
- Stay updated on new Copilot features and best practices to drive ongoing optimization
- Identify new use cases for Copilot and spearhead innovative initiatives
- Collaborate with IT, security, and business units to align Copilot with strategic goals
Technical Support and Maintenance
- Troubleshoot and resolve Copilot-related technical issues
- Conduct regular system maintenance, updates, and performance monitoring
- Analyze usage patterns and proactively address potential concerns
Qualifications
- 5 years of hands-on experience deploying and managing Microsoft 365 solutions, with a focus on AI tools like Copilot
- Proven expertise in integrating Microsoft 365 applications with third-party and custom solutions
Essential skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, Power Platform)
- Experience configuring and managing Microsoft Copilot and AI-driven tools
- Knowledge of API integrations, identity governance, and data security
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and train users
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
Desired skills
- Microsoft Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate
- Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate or equivalent
- Experience with AI productivity tools
- Industry experience in sectors such as finance, healthcare, or manufacturing
Benefits
Trissential offers a competitive compensation package for full time roles. The hourly pay range for this role is $60 to $75 depending on candidate's qualifications and experience. This role is eligible for benefits and includes options for medical, dental, vision, and tele-health benefits; Health Savings Account with company contribution; up to 48 hours of accrued paid safe and sick time, and 401k retirement savings.
