Overview
Trissential is seeking a Project Manager/Business Analyst (PM/BA) to join our client team in a hybrid role based in Rochester, Minnesota or Greenville, South Carolina. This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days per week on-site.
In this role, you will drive key initiatives by developing and maintaining robust reporting frameworks, managing and optimizing menu configurations, ensuring the implementation of security protocols, and establishing efficient data archiving solutions. Furthermore, you will be instrumental in gathering, documenting, and analyzing business requirements to deliver solutions that align with organizational objectives. Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and oversee projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align project objectives with business goals.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Gather, document, and analyze business requirements to create detailed specifications for solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process improvements and translate needs into actionable plans.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive reporting frameworks to support data-driven decision-making.
- Manage menu configurations and ensure alignment with operational needs.
- Oversee security protocols to maintain compliance and safeguard data integrity.
- Implement and optimize data archiving solutions for improved accessibility and storage efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Systems, or a related field
- Proven experience in both project management and business analysis, including skills in requirements gathering and process analysis
- Strong documentation skills, with experience producing reports for executive review
Essential skills
- Strong project management and business analysis skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Proficient in impact analysis, budget forecasting, and developing onboarding frameworks
- Knowledge of compliance requirements for regulated projects
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to facilitate collaboration across teams
- Ability to adapt to dynamic project scopes, bringing organizational finesse and a results-oriented approach
Desired skills
- Five (5) years of experience as a senior Project Manager
- Three (3) years of experience as a senior Business Analyst
- Familiarity with or hands-on experience in JD Edwards (JDE) is desired.
Experience
- Experience in managing complex projects, engaging multiple stakeholders
- Demonstrated track record of success in projects involving regulated systems, policies, or practices
- Comprehensive experience compiling executive-level reports for project progress and outcomes
