Job Description:
Your responsibilities will include:
- Executing contracts on time while ensuring quality workmanship and profitable margins.
- Provide customers with an exceptional experience during their time with Exterior Medics.
- Perform Project Manager duties for multiple jobs simultaneously.
- Gain a strong knowledge of the scope of work by reviewing contracts and work orders.
- Schedule installation dates with customers.
- Order and schedule material deliveries.
- Ensure that all required materials, equipment, inspections, and project schedules are maintained and organized throughout your assigned projects.
- Work with crews, sales team, and customers to execute any needed job changes to the contracted scope of work.
- Assists, plan and implement safety procedures in compliance with local, state, and federal rules and regulations.
- Perform job progress and completion punch lists.
- Manage field crew and subcontractor schedules to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Ensure subcontractors are fully executing and complying with their contracted scope of work.
- Work with repair technicians and field inspectors to coordinate emergency repairs.
- Coordinate inspections and repairs for warranty cases.
What You'll Need:
- 3 years of experience in the remodeling construction field, preferably roofing and siding.
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of multiple aspects of construction (technology, equipment, methods, engineering methods and drawings, cost control and scheduling).
- A valid, non-restrictive driver’s license.
