Responsibilities:
- Help guide clients through the entire mortgage application process.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients as you gather the necessary documentation to file and close on their loan.
- Provide exceptional customer service during every step of the loan process.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to keep your skills sharp and stay update on industry best practices.
- Advise borrowers on their financial status and payment methods.
- Achieve and surpass all goals and assigned objectives.
- Develop referral networks to locate prospects for loans.
- Make every effort to help resolve client issues.
Qualifications
- NMLS License is required.
- At least 1 year of demonstrated success in a sales environment.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed.
- Must be comfortable building rapport with clients over the phone.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to organize, prioritize and perform multiple tasks simultaneously
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to analyze and comprehend complex financial data and provide financial alternatives
- Professional and effective interpersonal skills
- Must be coachable and willing to learn new things.
