Position summary :

EYA, an award winning residential builder / developer, is seeking a Marketing Intern to develop and maintain marketing and digital content. This internship opportunity will be an integral part of a highly collaborative marketing team focused on direct to consumer marketing.

The ideal candidate will have experience in content writing and social media with the ability to communicate clearly and tactfully.  This is a summer internship with a flexible work schedule to accommodate for academic requirements and needs (i.e. class schedule etc.).

Is creative content development and writing your passion? Are you a go-getter with a can-do attitude? Do you love to tell stories using a variety of marketing platforms especially social media? Are you incredibly detail oriented and organized? If so, this position is for you!

Responsibilities :

• Write blog posts with focus on keywords and SEO
• Assist with event planning for homebuyer and internal events
• Provide research support for the Marketing team including blog research, competitor research, and other topics as needed
• Manage and update the EYA photo library
• Data analysis using AI tools
