Job Summary

Duties
- Assist the optometrist during patient examinations and procedures.
- Manage and maintain accurate medical records for all patients.
- Provide excellent patient care by addressing inquiries and concerns.
- Utilize optical systems to assist with patient assessments.
- Perform basic retail sales tasks related to eyewear and contact lenses.
- Ensure the examination room is clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
- Support the optometrist in scheduling appointments and follow-up visits.
Requirements
- Previous retail or banking experience is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for effective patient communication.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A commitment to providing high-quality patient care and support.
- Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred)
