Job Summary
We are seeking a Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in optical sales, optical measurements, insurance verification, insurance billing and pretesting with knowledge of medical terminology. This position involves retail sales and interacting with customers in a healthcare-related environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients in a private office setting
- Operate EHR record system to efficiently to process transactions accurately
- Apply retail math skills to calculate prices, discounts, and totals for customers
- Collaborate with the doctors and office staff assist patients wit their eyeglass and contact lens orders.
Qualifications
- One Year Experience in optical sales is preferred
- Availability to work Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturdays.
- Proficiency in sales techniques and retail math
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
