Technician, Field Operations - Residential

We are seeking a skilled Technician, Field Operations - Residential that can install and service our Ezee Fiber internet service. This individual will possess the desire to maintain high quality installation standards, learn and excel in a high paced environment, and provide quality customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Installation and Repair of Fiber Optic Services
• Installation and maintenance of customer premise equipment
• Manage routed work independently.
• Ability to troubleshoot/diagnose hardware equipment. Installation, termination, and testing of low voltage/network cables
• Fiber Splicing and rectify fiber optic problem areas.
• Asset and Material management
• Customer centric engagement
• Work independently
• Consistently meeting SLA on assigned and routed work
  
  

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in collections is a plus
• Valid Driver’s License
• Understanding of Internet Protocols and networking principles.
• Strong Multi-tasking skills
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Strong communications and customer service skills
• Strong Work Ethic
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of basic electronics
• Ability to work in various environments to include indoors, outdoors, aerial, and confined spaces
• Ability to work with various power and hand tools
