While teaching experience is preferred, it is not a requirement; we seek a seasoned Photographer with hands-on knowledge in Shot Composition, Cameras, Lenses, Lighting, Color, Adobe Photoshop, and Lightroom. Your chief responsibility will be to impart this invaluable knowledge to the next wave of photographer talent. Key Responsibilities

• Engaging Instruction: Teach and engage students using our dynamic photography curriculum.
• Hands-On Learning: Inspire and support students with practical, hands-on approaches as they progress through their coursework.
• Technical Skills: Educate students on camera usage, lighting techniques, and shot composition to enhance their photography skills.
• Creativity Focus: Encourage student creativity to achieve high-quality results in class digital photography projects.
• Curriculum Development: Collaborate on refining the curriculum and designing engaging lesson plans and projects within Canvas.
• Supportive Environment: Foster a safe, supportive, and dynamic learning atmosphere encouraging student growth.
  
  

Qualifications

• Educational Requirements:
• High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• 3 years of related experience OR education in a related field
• Experience Requirements:
• 3 years of field-related experience per state and accreditation requirements
  
  

Preferred Skills

• Software Proficiency:
• Experience with Lightroom and Adobe Photoshop to enhance student learning.
• Photography Techniques:
• Familiarity with studio photography techniques to provide comprehensive instruction.
