EHS Manager – Chemical Manufacturing Facility - 10 miles East of Easton, PA on NJ border
We are seeking an experienced EHS Manager to oversee and lead environmental, health, safety, and sustainability programs within a chemical manufacturing site. The role involves driving continuous improvement in safety, ensuring compliance with regulations, and promoting a culture of sustainability and safety at all levels of the organization.

Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the development and execution of EHS programs to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Drive safety culture initiatives, implementing policies, training, and safety systems to reduce hazards and improve employee safety.
- Oversee environmental performance, ensuring the facility complies with sustainability goals and environmental laws (air, water, land).
- Manage EHS compliance software and track / report performance metrics.
- Provide oversight and coordination of site EHS activities, including audits, inspections, and risk assessments.
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to integrate EHS principles into capital projects and day-to-day activities.
- Manage and develop direct reports, EHS consultants, and contractors.
- Drive Process Safety Management (PSM) compliance and hazardous waste management.
- Stay current with EHS regulations and ensure appropriate actions are taken in response to changes.
