Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all operations related to janitorial contracts within the organization.
- Guide and support on-site project managers.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients through joint and routine inspections.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics.
- Identify areas for improvement and execute corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and achieve business goals.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the operations team.
- Develop and sustain strong relationships with clients and vendors.
- Manage budgets, resources, and timelines for operational projects.
Skills:
- Fluency in English required; Spanish proficiency preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in custodial/janitorial management.
- Experience managing large contracts with multiple buildings, totaling over 500,000 square feet.
- In-depth knowledge of floor care, industrial cleaning, government office cleaning, and commercial cleaning techniques.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven leadership capabilities.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
