Responsibilities:
- Prepare and set up the breakfast buffet according to established standards
- Ensure all food items are fresh, properly displayed, and labeled
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the breakfast area
- Replenish food and supplies as needed throughout breakfast hours
- Assist guests with any special requests or dietary needs
- Clear tables and clean up breakfast area after service
- Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
Experience:
- Experience in a kitchen or culinary environment is preferred
- Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques is a plus
- Strong communication skills to interact with guests and team members effectively
- Previous experience in guest services or customer service roles is beneficial
- Familiarity with food preparation, meat cutting, catering, and food handling practices
