We are looking for a Head Housekeeper with management experience and a positive attitude for the Greensboro, NC area.
Tasks (not comprehensive):
- Ensures guestrooms, public space and employee areas are cleaned.
- Initiates and maintains an effective inspection program.
- Can perform all hourly roles in areas of responsibility.
- Supervises ordering of guestroom and cleaning supplies.
- Ensures property policies are administered fairly and consistently.
- Establishes goals and objectives for all areas of responsibility.
- Directs staff to strive for continuous improvement in all areas of responsibility.
- Interviews hourly employees.
- Manages employee progressive discipline procedures for areas of responsibility.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
